google-doodle-2

Brief

Google Doodles are the fun and quirky changes given to the Google logo used to celebrate holidays and anniversaries of famous people and events. The brief was to design a Google Doodle relating to the title of our degree course “Graphic Design & e-media”.

Solution

Finding the Doodles which allowed the user to participate the most exciting, it was decided to design an interactive Doodle with functioning designer tools which would allow the user to create their own. These tools have been manipulated to represent the word “Google” while Google’s four official colours of red, yellow, green and blue have also been incorporated to add familiarity to Google users worldwide. Once happy with their created Doodle, the user would submit their design by clicking the green arrow button which would then be present on Google’s home page for 24 hours. They could also share their creations with friends on social media by hitting the share icon.
